This document is a case study about Uniting (NSW.ACT), an organization that provides aged care and child protection services. The organization created a three-year Cultural Diversity Strategy (2017-2020) to guide their efforts in becoming a more culturally diverse and inclusive organization for both staff and consumers. The strategy employs a whole-of-organization approach to diversity and inclusion. To ensure the inclusion of diverse voices, they created the CALD Advisory Forum with representatives from all service and support areas.
