At the leadership level, the document suggests promoting open discussions about cultural diversity and addressing all complaints about bias or discrimination. At the organizational level, the document suggests celebrating existing diversity, creating staff networks for diversity, encouraging dialogue about diversity, and finding and supporting sponsors and champions for diversity.
